Kimberly K. Muenter

I am committed to helping my clients age well and wisely.

I am dedicated to serving and effectuating the goals of my clients.

I help provide seniors assurance that their wishes will be respected and carried out after they are no longer able to self-manage their finances or health care independently.
I can aide seniors in protecting their nest eggs from the devastating impact of long term care expenses.

I am a VA Accredited Attorney, a Member of Elder Counsel and I focus on Elder Law Issues, including probate, elder financial abuse, guardianships, power of attorneys, Medicaid planning, Veteran benefits, will, trusts, and power of attorney,, health care surrogate designations, living wills and estate planning.

I help Veterans and their spouses apply and obtain Veterans Benefits to help defray their long term care expenses.

I have flexible hours, weekend appointments, and if necessary for the family, I will travel to the home, assisted living facility or other location.
I have a convenient ground floor office, with ample parking in both Tampa and Lakewood Ranch locations.

I practice in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota.
